What Is Enhanced Care Management?
Enhanced Care Management (ECM) is a FREE, voluntary program that helps children, teens, families, and individuals get the care and services they need.
Think of your ECM Care Manager as Your Guide.
Enhanced Care Management (ECM) is a free, voluntary Medi-cal benefits for eligible members who may need extra support coordinating health and health-related care and services.
Your ECM Care Manager works with you and the people involved in your care to understand your needs, develop goals, connect you with services, and help coordinate your care.

No.
ECM is completely free for eligible participants.
Can ECM help with housing?
Yes. Your Care Manager can help identify housing resources and connect you with programs you may qualify for. ECM does not guarantee housing or provide housing directly.
Will ECM replace my doctor?
No.
