Donation Terms

Thank you for supporting Children’s Hope Foster Family Agency (CHFFA). We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your generous contributions help us serve foster children, youth, and families through compassionate, trauma-informed care and services. Please read the following terms carefully before making a donation.


1. Donations Are Final

All donations made to CHFFA are non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at:

2. Tax-Deductible Contributions

Children’s Hope is a tax-exempt organization under IRS Section 501(c)(3). All monetary and eligible in-kind donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. You will receive an acknowledgment email or letter for your records.


3. Recurring Donations

If you choose to make a recurring donation, your contribution will be automatically charged on the schedule you select (e.g., monthly or annually).
You may modify or cancel your recurring donation at any time by:

4. Donation Methods

We accept donations via:

  • PayPal
  • Venmo
  • Recurring payment setup through Kindful

We use secure third-party platforms to process donations. Please refer to their privacy and security policies for more information.


5. Use of Funds

Your donations help support programs such as:

  • Therapeutic care boxes
  • Counseling services
  • STEM and educational tutoring
  • Emergency placement needs
  • Extracurricular activities through our Leaps and Bounds Program

Children’s Hope reserves the right to allocate donations where they are most needed unless the gift is designated for a specific purpose.
