There are two parts to the application process. The first part is to apply with Children's Hope. Once you have filled out the agency application, met with us and been accepted, you then apply to the state.
Below is our applicaiton. To apply fill out the application and either bring it to our office or email it to heather@childrenshopeffa.org. To gain access to the state application materials on our site you will receive a user-name and password from Children's Hope after you have been accepted by our agency.
